Corporate Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY

To cancel delivery orders without incurring a fee, a 24-hour notice is required. For off-site or in-house catering orders, a 72-hour cancellation notice is necessary.

Any individual delivery order canceled after the 24-hour period will be charged the full amount of the order.

Same-day cancellations are not allowed for catering orders of six or more.

Off-site or in-house catering orders canceled after the 72-hour period will be subject to the full fee of the entire order.

Delivery orders scheduled for Monday that are canceled after 3 PM on Saturday will be charged the entire order amount.

Charges will apply for lost or unreturned equipment.
CATERING TASTING
We cordially invite you to join us for a tasting session where we can personally meet and discuss your catering requirements. As a first-time customer, you will have the opportunity to sample a variety of our signature dishes.
The cost per person will vary depending on your selections.

Deliveries in extended delivery zones may incur an additional fee.

We prioritize environmental consciousness, and therefore, upon request, we can provide porcelain plates, metal utensils, and glassware for catering orders at an additional fee per person.
